Precise Tittle
Content of 300 words capturing, the problem, objectives, methods, results and conclusion very clearly. Let it be aligned to the topics listed above.


Guideline for presenting full papers
Papers (3000-4000 words) should be prepared in Times New Roman (Font 12, spacing 1.5)
Experimental Papers: Cover page with Title of Paper, Abstract (300 words), Key Words (maximum of 8), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendation, References.
Theoretical Papers/Review Papers: Cover page with Title of Paper, Abstract (300 words), Key Words (maximum of 8), Introduction, Literature Review, Theoretical Analysis, Application, Conclusion, References.
Posters: Height: 80cm by Width: 60cm or A2
Footnotes and References: Footnotes should be kept to a minimum, numbered consecutively and placed together at thebottom of the page. References to publications should be placed in the text in parentheses (last name, year) and alphabetizedat the article in the form:
For books: Author(s) (Year) Title of the Book, Publisher, Place.
For Papers in Books: Author(s) (Year) Title of Paper. Title of Periodical.Volume: Pages
For Periodicals: Authors (s) (Year) Title of Article. Title of Periodical. Volume: Pages.
Acknowledgements: Where applicable this should be brief and to the point, following the conclusion
Tables and Illustrations: These should not appear as part of the text, but prepared out on separate sheets of paper. Tables should be numbered in Roman numerals and given specific titles at the top. Other illustrations (e.g. Figures) should benumbered in Arabic numerals and carry specific titles at the bottom. The approximate position of tables and illustrations should be indicated in the margin of typescript. Tables should not be enclosed in a grid, but be given the top, bottom and subheadingborders only.
Appendices: These should follow references and be identified by capital letters in alphabetical sequence.
